Simple shipping for suits and tuxedos, with the delivery charge shown before you pay.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States

These rates apply to eligible suit and tuxedo orders delivered to one address in the contiguous 48 states. A three-piece suit counts as one complete set. The shipping charge is per order, not per suit.

For five or more sets, other destinations, expedited delivery, or orders containing additional types of products, contact us for available shipping options. These orders are outside the flat-rate offer. Any applicable charge must be displayed and accepted before payment. Taxes are additional where applicable.

Processing and delivery

Available delivery estimates and shipping options are shown at checkout. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. When your order ships, we send tracking information. Contact us before ordering for a wedding or time-sensitive event; do not rely on an arrival date that has not been confirmed.

If we split your eligible order into multiple shipments, you will not pay another outbound shipping charge. The wardrobe shipping rate covers one delivery address. Separate addresses require separate orders and shipping charges.

Changes and delivery problems

Check your shipping address before placing the order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. Contact us if a shipment is missing, damaged or incorrect so we can investigate and help resolve it.

Original shipping is generally not refunded for a return due to size or preference. If we sent the wrong or a defective item, we cover the shipping needed to resolve the issue. See our returns and exchanges policy for details.
